Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problém týkající se obezity dětí školního věku. V teoretické části jsou nastíněny teoretické poznatky obezity. Práce seznamuje s definicí, příčinami vzniku, prevencí a dopady obezity na dětský organismus. Praktická část popisuje výzkum, který byl realizován v Základní škole Ivana Olbrachta v Semilech pomocí výpočtu BMI a dotazníků. Průzkum se soustřeďuje na výskyt obezity dětí v této škole a s ní spojený jejich životní styl.
The Bachelor thesis focuses on the problem of obesity of school children. The theoretical part gives details about theoretical issues related to obesity, providing the definition and describing the causes, prevention, and effects of obesity on the child's organism. The practical part analyses the research that was conducted through calculating BMI and carrying out a questionnaire survey at the primary school 'Ivana Olbrachta' in Semily. The survey focused on the incidence of obesity at this school, and the related lifestyle.
