Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou aditivní výroby z vytvrditelných fotopolymerů, a to hlavně za pomoci 3D DLP tiskáren. Technologie aditivní výroby DLP je v práci charakterizována a členěna podle různých kritérií. Zároveň je technologie DLP popisována také z pohledu projekční technologie. Je zde kladen důraz na popis fyzických i softwarových prvků, které ovlivňují kvalitu vyráběných dílů. V práci je představeno několik zástupců 3D tiskáren pracujících na principu fotopolymerizace v nádobě. V praktické části je pozornost zaměřena na vyhotovení konstrukčního návrhu kompaktní 3D DLP tiskárny pro laboratorní účely. Návrhová činnost je v práci rozebrána podrobně v několika krocích.
The diploma thesis deals with problems of additive manufacturing from curable photopolymers and mainly with the help of 3D DLP printers. The additive manufacturing DLP technology is characterized and broken down according to various criteria in the thesis. The DLP technology is also described in terms of projection technology. The emphasis is placed on the description of physical and software elements that affect the quality of the manufactured parts. There are several representatives of 3D printers working on the principle of vat photopolymerization introduced in the thesis. The attention is focused on making construction design of compact 3D DLP printer for laboratory purposes in the practical part. The design activity is discussed in detail in several steps.
