Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na sociální práci s člověkem s poruchou osobnosti, konkrétně s hraniční poruchou (HPO). Cílem práce je popsat specifika sociální práce a roli sociálního pracovníka ve vztahu k lidem s HPO. V rámci teoretické části práce je představena hraniční porucha osobnosti, její výskyt a příčiny vzniku. Blíže jsou popsány také některé její charakteristické projevy. Dále je představen pojem sociální práce a principy spolupráce s lidmi s HPO, pojem sociální pracovník a jeho role. Empirická část se formou kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření zaměřuje na sociální pracovníky působící v Centrech duševního zdraví v ČR a jejich pohled na specifika a vnímané výzvy při práci s klienty s HPO. Šetření se dále dotýká také téma hranic a emočního prožívání sociálních pracovníků.
The bachelor's thesis focuses on social work with individuals with personality disorders, specifically borderline personality disorder (BPD). The aim of the thesis is to describe the specifics of social work and the role of the social worker in relation to people with BPD. The theoretical part introduces borderline personality disorder, its prevalence, and causes. It also provides a closer look at some of its characteristic symptoms. Furthermore, the thesis defines the concept of social work, the principles of working with individuals with BPD, as well as the concept of a social worker and their role. The empirical part is based on a quantitative questionnaire survey conducted among social workers working in Mental Health Centres in the Czech Republic. It explores their perspectives on the specifics and perceived challenges of working with clients with BPD, and also addresses issues related to professional boundaries and the emotional experiences of social workers.
