Abstract
Diplomová práce se zaměřila na problematiku sociální práce v souvislosti s jevem zanedbaného dítěte v rodině. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat současný stav realizace sociální práce v péči o zanedbané dítě v rodině. Konkrétně se zabývala institucemi a organizacemi zabývajícími se problematikou zanedbaného dítěte v rodině, a to na území města Liberce.Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část se převážně věnuje pojmům vážícím se k hlavním tématům předkládaného textu (zanedbané dítě, druhy zanedbání, příčiny, projevy a prevence zanedbání, rodina a její funkce, metody, přístupy sociální práce apod.). Empirická část vycházela z teoretické části a byla realizovaná pomocí kvantitativního a kvalitativního výzkumu za použití technik obsahové analýzy dokumentů, rozhovoru a pozorování. U obsahové analýzy jsme využili již existující výroční zprávy k lepšímu poznání současného aktuálního stavu ve vybrané instituci, organizaci. Rozhovory ze strany sociálních pracovníků i rodinných příslušníků nám doplnily výzkum.
This thesis is aimed at the problems of the social work in the context with the phenomenon of a neglected child in a family. The analysis of the today´s situation in realization of the social work in the care of the neglected child in the family was with the goal of this thesis. It was factually concerned with institutions and organizations which work with problems of the neglected child in the family in the area of the city of Liberec.This thesis is dividend into two parts, theoretic and empirical ones. The theoretic part is mainly paid attention to terms which are connected with the main topics of present text (a neglected child, sorts of neglect, causes, shows and prevention of neglect, a family and its function, methods, attitudes to social work etc.). The empirical part was patterned on the theoretic part and was realized using the quantitive and quality research, using technologies of the content analysis of documents, dialogues and observation. We used already existing the annual report at the content analysis for better recognition of the present situation in the chosen institution, organization. The research was added by dialogues of the side of social workers and family members.
