dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývala problematikou syndromu vyhoření u učitelů 2. stupně základní školy. Jejími cíli bylo zjistit riziko a podmiňující souvislosti vzniku syndromu vyhoření u učitelů a popsat možnosti prevence vzniku syndromu vyhoření u učitelů 2. stupně základní školy. Oba cíle byly splněny. Práci tvořily dvě stěžejní oblasti. Teoretická část objasňovala na základě prostudovaných a zpracovaných odborných zdrojů základní pojmy dané problematiky. V další části popisovala preventivní opatření vzniku syndromu vyhoření. Praktická část zjišťovala pomocí dotazníku a smíšené metody projevy syndromu vyhoření u 62 učitelů 2. stupně základních škol. Výsledky ukazovaly, že projevy syndromu vyhoření souvisí s pohlavím respondentů a naopak nesouvisí s délkou praxe učitelů. Praktická část také ukázala, že učitelé jsou nejvíce ohroženi v citové oblasti a nejméně v oblasti sociální. Za největší přínos práce vzhledem k řešené problematice bylo možné považovat souhrn preventivních opatření, která mohou pomoci učitelům při prevenci a léčbě syndromu vyhoření.cs
dc.description.abstractThe diploma thesis dealt with problems of burn-out effect at teachers of the second grade of primary school. Its goals were to find out the risks and the relationships that cause the burnout and also to describe the possibilities to prevent the burnout effect at teachers of the second grade of primary school. Both goals were accomplished. The thesis was divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical one. The theoretical part focused on a description and explanation of the basic terms concerning these problems on the basis of studying and processing the information of technical sources. In the other part it was described how to forestall the burnout effect. The empirical part consisted of a research based on questionnaires and mixed method. It described the symptoms of burnout by 62 teachers of the second grade of primary school. The results pointed out that the symptoms of burnout are effected by sex of respondents and on the contrary not by a length of teacher´s experience. The research also showed that teachers are endangered in the emotional area the most and in the social area the least. The most beneficial part of the thesis was precautions that could help teachers in prevention and treatment of burnout.en
