| dc.description.abstract | This paper deals with the causes of stress and the way stress affects the work of leisure time pedagogues. The content is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical one. In the theoretical part, terms such as stress, stressor, leisure time and its functions as well as non-profit organisation are defined. The author also describes the ventures of one non-profit organisation, particularly The Center of Ecological Education Český ráj. The theroetical part is completed with a list of ways to prevent stress.The practical part is based on data obtained in survey, both quantitative and qualitative, observing if leisure-time pedagogues are stressed at all. If so, the work explores the major stressors and their displays while the pedagogue at work. The output of the research is an overview of the most common causes of stress. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá příčinami stresu u volnočasových pedagogů a tím, jak stres ovlivňuje jejich práci v neziskových organizacích. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí ? teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy stres, stresor, volný čas a jeho funkce a zásady a také vymezení pojmu nezisková organizace. Dále bakalářská práce konkrétně popisuje činnost a fungování jedné neziskové organizace, a to Střediska ekologické výchovy Český ráj.Praktická část je založena na kvantitativním i kvalitativním výzkumu, který mapuje, zda jsou volnočasoví pedagogové vůbec stresovaní, a pokud ano, co je pro ně v zaměstnání největším stresorem a jak se to projevuje na jejich pracovní činnosti. Výsledkem výzkumu je přehled nejčastějších příčin stresu v neziskových organizacích. V praktické části jsou také uvedeny možnosti prevence stresových situací pro volnočasové pedagogy. | cs |
