Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kolektivizací venkova, perzekucí jejích odpůrců a následnými hospodářskými procesy. Jejím cílem je analyzovat vykonstruovaný politický proces se synem, jednoho ze statkářů hospodařícího v malé obci ve frýdlantském výběžku, který byl na počátku padesátých let odsouzen k trestu odnětí svobody společně s dalšími pracovníky statku. Touto kauzou se ještě nikdo nezabýval, došlo tedy k jejímu prvnímu detailnímu zpracování. Práce vychází především z analýzy pramenů uložených v Národním archivu v Praze a Okresním archivu v Liberci, která byla následně komparována s odbornou literaturou.
This bachelor thesis deals with the collectivization of countryside, persecution of its opponents and subsequent trials. The objective of this thesis is to analyze a fabricated political process concerning a farmer´s son, who was farming in a small village in the Frýdlant district and was sentenced at the beginning of the 1950s to a custodial sentence together with other workers on the farm. This process has not been dealt with yet and this is, therefore, its first detailed description. This work is based mainly on an analysis of sources from the National Archive in Prague and from the District Archive in Liberec. These sources are then compared to the reference books.
