dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku kalkulace nákladů a cenové tvorby podniku. V teoretické části práce jsou charakterizovány druhy nákladů a kalkulačních vzorců. Následuje kapitola věnovaná cenové tvorbě a faktorům ovlivňujícím stanovení ceny.V praktické části se práce věnuje analýze odvětví, ve kterém působí vybraná společnost. Práce dále analyzuje kalkulační vzorec společnosti s návrhem jeho úpravy, která umožní zpřesnit reporting společnosti. Navržená struktura kalkulačního vzorce a reportingu povede k lepší informovanosti managementu o výkonnosti firmy a zároveň zpřesní tvorbu cen pro obchodní oddělení.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor thesis is focused on issues of standard costs, calculations and pricing of a company. In theoretical part of the thesis are described cost types and standard costs formulas. It is followed by a chapter dedicated to pricing and related factors which influence the pricing policies.In practical part the thesis explores the industry in which the company operates. The thesis further analyses the standard costs formula of the company followed by proposed changes in the structure which enable more exact reporting of the company. Proposed standard cost structure and reporting will lead to improved awarness of the company management about the financial performance of the company together with more precised pricing methods used by commercial department.en
