Abstract
Bakalářská práce na téma Neustálé zlepšování a lean management ve vybraném podniku se zabývá využitím principů lean managementu ve společnosti ZF Automotive Czech s.r.o., předního výrobce brzd do automobilů. Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě teoretických znalostí analyzovat současný stav uplatňování metod lean managemntu ve výrobním procesu na konkrétní výrobní lince, na základě zjištěných skutečností a pozorování identifikovat případné nedostatky a doporučit opatření, která by měla přispět ke zlepšení dodržování zavedených metod štíhlé výroby a odstranit možné zdroje plýtvání. Smyslem těchto doporučení je přispět k celkovému zefektivnění vybraného výrobního procesu. Rešeršní část práce je zaměřena na teoretická východiska lean managementu, vybrané dílčí metody a nástroje štíhlé výroby. Případová studie se zabývá hodnocením stavu využití vybraných nástrojů lean managementu. V jejím úvodu je nejprve představena společnost a výrobní procesy v jablonecké pobočce této společnosti. Následně je zmapován současný stav využití nástrojů lean managementu na konkrétní montážní lince a identifikovány některé nedostatky. Ke zjištěným nedostatkům v oblasti dodržování zásad lean managementu v dané společnosti byla formulována doporučení ke zlepšení.
The bachelor's thesis on the topic Continuous improvement and lean management in a selected company focuses on the use of lean management principles in the company ZF Automotive Czech s.r.o., a leading manufacturer of car brakes. The aim of the bachelor thesis is based on theoretical knowledge to analyze the current state of application of lean management methods in the production process on a specific production line. Based on findings and observations identify potential deficits and recommend measures to improve compliance with established methods of lean production and eliminate possible sources of waste. The purpose of these recommendations is to contribute to the overall streamlining of the selected production process. The research part of the work is focused on the theoretical basis of lean management, selected partial methods and tools of lean production. The case study deals with the evaluation of the state of use of selected lean management tools. In its introduction, the company and production processes in the Jablonec branch of this company are first introduced. Subsequently, the current state of use of lean management tools on a specific assembly line is mapped and some shortcomings are identified. Recommendations for improvement were formulated for the identified shortcomings in the area of compliance with lean management principles in the given company.
