Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením aktuálně uvažovaných investičních variant parních turbín na výrobu elektrické energie v akciové společnosti Termizo. Teoretická část diplomové práce charakterizuje investiční činnost a s ní spojené termíny. Dále se pak definují metody hodnocení a analýz vhodné k posouzení efektivnosti investičních projektů. Následně jsou tyto metody a analýzy použity na vyhodnocení investičních projektů. Závěrem je na základě získaných poznatků a výsledků poskytnuto několik návrhů a doporučení managementu společnosti Termizo pro lepší rozhodnutí a zlepšení do budoucna.
This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of currently considered investment variants of steam turbines for the production of electricity in the joint-stock company Termizo. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis characterizes investment activity and terms associated with it. Furthermore, evaluation and analysis methods suitable for assessing the effectiveness of investment projects are defined. Subsequently, these methods and analyzes are used to evaluate investment projects. In conclusion, several suggestions and recommendations are provided to the management of Termizo for better decisions and improvements in the future, based on the obtained knowledge and results.
