Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na sociální práci s rodinou v rozvodu. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem rodiny a jejich základními funkcemi, uzavřením a rozvodem manželství a následnou péčí o dítě. Je blíže specifikována práce sociálního pracovníka jako kolizního opatrovníka, který zastupuje dítě u soudu. Autorka popisuje i sociální práci s osamocenými rodiči, poradenské služby a krizovou intervenci.
V empirické části je popsán kvalitativní výzkum, který byl veden formou polostruktu-rovaných rozhovorů a jejich následným zpracováním. Autorka vedla rozhovory s rodiči, jejichž dítě zastupoval sociální pracovník OSPOD jakožto kolizní opatrovník. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo přiblížit jeho práci s rodinou v rozvodovém řízení.
This bachelor's thesis is focused on social work with divorcing families. It is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part describes the family and its essential functions such as entering marriage, divorce of marriage, and childcare. Special focus here is on the work of the social worker as guardian ad litem, i.e., a representative of the child in court. The author also describes social work procedures with single parents, counseling services, and crisis intervention. The empirical part contains a qualitative research study, which consists of semi-structured interviews and their subsequent analysis. Interviews were conducted with parents whose child was represented by a social worker from OSPOD (Authority for Social and Legal Protection of Children) in the role of guardian ad litem. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to provide insight into the social worker's role in divorce proceedings.
