Abstract
Tato diplomová práce na téma Analýza pojistného trhu Turecké republiky se snaží analyzovat pojistný trh v Turecké republice a porovnat ho s trhem českým. První část práce stručně pojednává o historickém vývoji země. Druhá část se zabývá tureckým podnikatelským prostředím - politickým, regulačním a ekonomickým prostředím. Tato část také popisuje domácí i zahraniční vztahy, demografické souvislosti, makroekonomické údaje a problémy, se kterými se země potýká. Třetí kapitola je věnována tureckému pojistnému trhu. Zachycuje historii tureckého pojišťovnictví a legislativu, působení pojišťoven a zajišťoven na tureckém pojistném trhu, ukazatele pojistného trhu, pojišťovnictví ve finančním systému a instituce v sektoru pojišťovnictví. Čtvrtá část je zaměřena na strukturu pojistného trhu. Zabývá se problematikou životního pojištění, neživotního pojištění a okrajově popisuje penzijní připojištění. Pátá část popisuje současný stav na českém pojistném trhu. V poslední kapitole je dána do kontextu předchozí analýza obou trhů a jsou konfrontovány hlavní ukazatele.
My thesis focuses on topic ``Analysis of the insurance market in the Republic of Turkey{\crqq} and tries to analyze insurance market in the Republic of Turkey and compares that market with the Czech insurance market. First part of thesis shortly handles about historical development of country. Second part deals with Turkish corporate environment - political, regulating and economical environment. This part also describes domestic and foreign relations, demographic connections, macro-economic dates and problems, in which is country concerned with. Third chapter devotes to Turkish insurance market. It focuses on history of Turkish insurance and legislation, operation of insurance and reinsurance companies in Turkish insurance market, index figures of insurance market, insurance in financial system and institutions in the sector of insurance. Forth part provides information about structure of the insurance market. It deals with issues of life insurance, non-life insurance and marginally describes pension insurance. Fifth part describes the present state of Czech insurance market. In last chapter gives into the context of last analysis of both markets and there are confronted general index figures.
