dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem hospodaření a využití energií ve společnosti Škoda Auto a. s., ve snaze o nalezení nových možností úspor. Začátek práce je věnován problematice hospodaření s energiemi, společně s určením a popisem jeho základních znaků. Dále popisuje aktuální stav energetiky ve společnosti, společně s provedeným energetickým auditem. V závěru je provedeno vyhodnocení a stanovení klíčových spotřebičů a energetického plánu na další rok, společně s návrhem řešení problematiky v dané organizaci.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor thesis deals with the system of management and use of energy in company Škoda Auto a.s., in an effort to find new savings opportunities. The beginning of work is devoted to problematic of energy management, together with determination and description of its basic features. It further describes the actual state of energy in company, together with led energy audit. At the end, an evaluation and determination of key appliances and energy plan for next year is carried out, together with a proposal of the solution to a problem in the company.	en
