dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu dovozu technologie pro vybranou firmu (dále jen jako Firma XYZ) z různých zemí světa a při zohlednění všech tarifních a netarifních překážek vyskytujících se v mezinárodním obchodě. Teoretická část práce se nejprve zabývá definicí a teoretickými přístupy internacionalizace podniku. Dále jsou zde rozebrány faktory ovlivňující vstup firmy na mezinárodní trhy, popis a klasifikace tarifních a netarifních překážek včetně harmonizovaného systému TARIC, používanému v rámci celního řízení v členských státech Evropské unie. Praktická část se již zabývá analýzou situací dovozu od mezinárodních subjektů, lokalizovaných v Německu, Číně a Švýcarsku. Jsou zde vyčísleny náklady na dovoz daného zboží, stejně tak jako jsou zde popsány různé druhy dokumentů a listin, používané v mezinárodním obchodě, ať už přímo související s celním řízením či s jinými netarifními bariérami. V poslední části jsou zde vytvořeny dvě modelové dodávky těchto zařízení, z důvodu objektivního porovnání jednotlivých aspektů dovozu.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The Diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of import of technology for selected company (further known as Company XYZ) from different countries of the world, considering tariff and non-tariff barriers used in international trade. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with definitions and theoretical approaches of the internationalization of the company. In addition, there are described factors influencing the company's entry into international markets, including the description and classification of tariff and non-tariff barriers and the harmonized TARIC system used in customs procedures in the Member States of the European Union. The practical part deals with the analysis of import situations from international entities located in Germany, China and Switzerland. In the next part, there are calculated all costs related to the import of the goods and mentioned various types of documents used in international trade, whether directly related to customs procedures or other non-tariff barriers. In the last part there are two models of deliveries of these components, created for the comparison of individual aspects of imports.	en
