dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá strategickým plánováním v podniku Elektrospoj s.r.o. Cílem práce je zhodnotit strategické plánování tohoto podniku a následně pro podnik vytvořit vizi. V první části práce je zpracována rešerše, která je nejprve zaměřena na funkci manažera v podniku a také na manažerské funkce. Zde je největší pozornost věnována manažerské funkci plánování. Poté je řešena forma strategického plánování a následně je podrobněji vysvětlena také vize. V druhé části práce je představen podnik Elektrospoj s.r.o. a následně je pozornost věnována strategickému plánování tohoto podniku. Na základě teoretických poznatků a zjištěných informací o podniku je poté vytvořena vize pro podnik Elektrospoj s.r.o.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor thesis deals with strategic planning in the company Elektrospoj s.r.o. The target of the thesis is to evaluate the strategic planning of this company and then create vision for the company. The first part of the work is a search, which is first focused on the function of a manager in the company and also on managerial functions. Here, the greatest attention is paid to the managerial function of planning. Subsequently the form of strategic planning is solved and then vision is explained in more detail. The second part of the work presents the company Elektrospoj s.r.o. and subsequently attention is paid to the strategic planning of this company. Based on the theoretical knowledge and findings about the company, a vision is then compiled for the company Elektrospoj s.r.o.	en
