dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je vyvinout a vyrobit sadu kompozitních materiálů na bázi flexibilního polyuretanu s co nejvyšším obsahem směsi textilního odpadu pro obuvnické aplikace. Součástí práce je zjistit, jaké největší množství textilního odpadu je možné zapracovat do polyuretanu. Experimentální část je zaměřena na přípravu a následné testování kompozitních materiálů. Výsledkem je vyhodnocení vlastností a návrh optimální výroby polyuretanového kompozitu s textilním odpadem. Tato práce je motivována rostoucím problémem s nadměrným textilním odpadem, jehož množství souvisí s neustále rostoucí výrobou textilních produktů. Současně je třeba řešit i omezení týkající se používání toxických izokyanátů při výrobě polyuretanů, což vede k hledání alternativních, ekologičtějších přístupů.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor's thesis aims to develop and manufacture a set of composite materials based on flexible polyurethane with the highest possible content of a textile waste mixture for shoe applications. Part of the job is to find out what is the largest amount of textile waste that can be incorporated into polyurethane. The experimental part is focused on preparation and subsequent testing of composite materials. The result is an evaluation of the properties and the design of the optimal production of a polyurethane composite with textile waste. This work is motivated by the growing problem of excessive textile waste, the amount of which is linked to the ever-increasing production of textile products. At the same time, restrictions on the use of toxic isocyanates in polyurethane production must also be addressed, leading to the search for alternative, greener approaches.en
