dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá důležitou rolí sociálně-psychologických her v rozvoji vzájemné komunikace a budování pozitivních vztahů mezi žáky na 1. stupni základní školy v rámci jedné třídy. Zaměřuje se na posílení klíčových kompetencí a sleduje vývoj sociálních interakcí v daném kolektivu po určitou dobu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část nejprve obecně definuje základní pojmy, jako je mladší školní věk, hra ve vzdělávání a význam i přínosy sociálně-psychologických her. Dále se věnuje determinantům ovlivňujícím průběh her ve školním prostředí. Mezi hlavní faktory patří třídní klima, sociální interakce ve třídě, faktory ovlivňující klima a interakce, osobnost žáka a učitele. V závěru teoretické části jsou vymezeny klíčové kompetence a oblasti, které jsou cílem rozvoje a tvoří základ pro program her v praktické části. Praktická část práce obsahuje ucelený program her zaměřený na rozvoj kladných vztahů mezi žáky na 1. stupni ZŠ a charakteristiku školní třídy, ve které se hry uskutečnily. Program je rozdělen do 4 samostatných částí, z nichž každá obsahuje specifické hry s danými cíli a podrobným popisem. Na závěr každé části následuje reflexe průběhu. Součástí práce je i strukturovaný dotazník, jehož jedna otázka je znázorněna v grafu. Praktickou část zakončuje diskuze shrnující klíčové kompetence rozvíjené pomocí sociálně-psychologických her.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This thesis examines the important role of social-psychological games in developing peer communication and building positive relationships between pupils in a primary school classroom. It focuses on the strengthening of key competences and traces the development of social interactions in a given collective over a period of time. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part first defines in general terms basic concepts such as younger school age, play in education and the importance and benefits of social psychological games. It then discusses the determinants influencing the course of play in the school environment. The main determinants include classroom climate, social interactions in the classroom, factors affecting climate and interactions, and student and teacher personality. At the end of the theoretical part, key competencies and areas of development are identified and form the basis for the games programme in the practical part. The practical part of the thesis contains a comprehensive programme of games aimed at developing positive relationships between pupils at primary school level 1 and the characteristics of the school classroom in which the games took place. The programme is divided into 4 separate parts, each of which contains specific games with given objectives and detailed descriptions. At the end of each part there is a reflection on the process. The paper includes a structured questionnaire, one question of which is shown in a graph. The practical part concludes with a discussion summarising the key competences developed through the social-psychological games.	en
