Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá genderovými aspekty, které ovlivňují projevy chování a přístupy pedagogů a vedoucích ve volnočasových aktivitách. V první části jsou teoreticky reflektovány základní pojmy a psychologické teorie vzniku a vývoje pohlavních rozdílů. Dále jsou popsány biologické, psychologické a sociální interakce determinující vývoj pohlavní role, jsou prezentovány zakořeněné pohlavní stereotypy a genderové role ve vzdělávacích institucích s dopadem na komunikaci vychovatele s dětmi. Následně jsou popsány podstata a strategie skautingu v dějinných souvislostech ve vztahu k tématu genderu. V praktické části je prostřednictvím analýzy pozorování poukázáno na genderové aspekty odrážející se v komunikaci vedoucích skautských oddílů s dětmi. V závěru práce je naznačen směr rozvíjení genderově přívětivého klimatu v pozorovaných skautských skupinách skrze vzájemnou komunikaci vedoucího s dětmi.
Bachelor thesis deals with gender aspects that affect the behaviours and attitudes of educators and leaders in leisure-time activities. In the first part are theoretically reflected the basic concepts and theories of psychology and the development of sex differences. Below are described the biological, psychological and social interaction determining the development of sexual roles, are presented to the entrenched sexual stereotypes and gender roles in the educational institutions with an impact on communication educators with children. Subsequently, the nature and strategy are described in the historical context of Scouting in relation to the topic of gender. In the practical part is through the analysis of observations made on gender aspects reflected in communications leading Scouting sections with the children. In the end, the work is implied in the direction of developing a gender-friendly climate in the Scout groups observed through mutual communication manager with children.
