Abstract
Diplomová práce s názvem Optimalizace výrobních a logistických toků ve vybraném podniku byla vypracována ve společnosti Alpha Vehicle Security Solutions Czech s. r. o., zabývající se výrobou zamykacích a zabezpečovacích systémů pro automobilový průmysl. Práce je rozdělena na rešeršní a analytickou část. První část se zaměřuje na vymezení základních pojmů výroby a logistiky, a to především v souvislosti s filozofií lean. Druhá část se soustředí na představení dané společnosti a analýzu současného výrobního procesu a vnitropodnikové logistiky. Cílem práce je optimalizovat stávající výrobní a logistické toky. Po vyhodnocení aktuálního stavu je navrženo řešení v podobě vytvoření centrálního pracoviště pro vybranou operaci. Následující kapitoly se proto věnují výběru strojů, vhodného umístění, personálního obsazení a zajištění zásobování daného pracoviště. V závěru práce je navrhované řešení zhodnoceno z ekonomického pohledu.
The diploma thesis titled Optimization of Production and Logistics Flows in the Selected Company has been produced in the company Alpha Vehicle Security Solutions Czech s. r o., involved in production of lock and security systems for the automotive industry. The thesis consists of a research and an analytical part. The first part focuses on the definition of basic concepts of production and logistics, especially in connection with lean philosophy. The second part focuses on introduction of the company and analysis of the current production process and in-house logistics. The main objective of the thesis is to optimize the existing production and logistics flows. After evaluating the present situation, a solution is suggested in the form of creating a central workplace for a selected operation. The following chapters deal with the selection of machines, suitable location, staffing and logistics of the given workplace. Finally, the proposed solution is evaluated from the economic point of view.
