Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou alternativní a augmentativní komunikace (AAK) a možnostmi jejího využívání u osob se zdravotním postižením. Je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a empirické. Teoretická část na základě studia odborné literatury a dalších zdrojů popisuje oblast komunikace, její význam, proces, funkce, motivovanost a způsoby dělení. Dále charakterizuje problematiku alternativní a augmentativní komunikace, její výhody a nevýhody, hlediska výběru, způsoby dělení a jednotlivé komunikační systémy. V neposlední řadě se teoretická část zabývá také oblastí narušené komunikační schopnosti (NKS), komunikací a možnostmi využívání AAK u jednotlivých cílových skupin (osob s NKS). Empirická část si klade za cíl prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumu, realizovaného formou dotazníkového šetření, ověřit stanovené hypotézy a nalézt odpovědi na výzkumné otázky týkající se možností využívání AAK. Snaží se především zjistit, jaké povědomí mají o AAK osoby pracující s danou cílovou skupinou, jaké systémy AAK jsou v praxi využívány a u jakých cílových skupin osob. Mimo jiné se zaměřuje také na oblast mezioborové spolupráce při aplikaci AAK do praxe a zjišťuje názory na dostupnost a množství odborné literatury, kurzů, metodické podpory od odborníků a pomůcek pro AAK. Opatření, navrhovaná v závěru diplomové práce, se zaměřují především na rozšíření povědomí a zlepšení informovanosti o problematice AAK.
The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) and possibilities of its use for persons with disabilities. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part, based on the study of specialized literature and other sources, describes the field of communication, its importance, process, function, motivation and ways of categorizing. It further characterizes the problems of alternative and augmentative communication, its advantages and disadvantages, selection aspects, ways of categorizing and individual communication systems. Last but not least, the theoretical part also deals with areas of communicative disorders (CD), and possibilities of using AAC for individual target groups (persons with CD). The empirical part aims, through quantitative research carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey, to verify the established hypotheses and to find answers to research questions concerning the possibilities of using AAC. In particular, it seeks to ascertain the persons' awareness, who are working with the target audience, about AAC, what AAC systems are used in practice, and for which target groups of people. Among other things, it also focuses on the interdisciplinary cooperation about the application of AAC to practice and identifies the opinions about the availability and amount of professional literature, courses, methodological support from experts and aids for AAC. The measures proposed in the conclusion of the diploma thesis focus mainly on raising awareness about AAC issues.
