dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá založením firmy pro dovoz a prodej potištěných textilií. Teoretická část je zaměřena na jednotlivé formy podnikání, dále je vysvětlen význam marketingového výzkumu a finančního plánu. V praktické části je definováno zaměření a oblast působení firmy Utta s.r.o., je zpracována rešerše, která je zaměřena na módní trendy potištěných látek. Dále pak je proveden marketingový výzkum na zjištění nabídky potištěných textilií na českém trhu a je vypracována studie určena k založení firmy.cs
dc.description.abstractBachelor´s work is concerned with the foundation of the company for the import and sell of the textiles with on prints. Theoretical part is focused in different parts of running of the business, as well as explanation of the marketing research and financial business plan. At the practical part is the definition of the targeting and ambit of the company Utta ltd. and it is processed the research that is focused in fashion trends in prints. Then is made marketing research for textiles with on prints offer at Czech market. There is also made the pilot project to establish the company.en
