Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení procesu úpisu v hypotetické společnosti, kdy se vychází z poznatků získaných odbornou rešerší a zkušenostmi. V první části je definován pojem riziko a procesy vedoucí k řízení rizik. Následně je riziko členěno dle teoretických publikací. Nejrozsáhlejší světová rizika z pohledu podnikatelů a zaměstnanců pojišťoven jsou také specifikována. Ve druhé kapitole je popsán trh s podnikatelským a průmyslovým pojištěním. Hlavní zaměření je na důkladné členění pojistných produktů z pohledu pojištění majetku a pojištění odpovědnosti. Třetí část se věnuje už přímo úpisu pojištění. Důležitost tohoto procesu i osoby upisovatele je zde zmíněna a představena na schématu. Čtvrtá kapitola je ryze praktická, kdy je na základě specifikace hypotetické společnosti popsán celý proces poptávkového řízení. Na tomto modelovém příkladu je představen celý systém upsání pojištění i odborná kalkulace pojistného. V neposlední řadě je také celý proces zhodnocen.
The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the underwriting process in a hypothetical company, based on the knowledge gained through professional research and experience. In the first part, the concept of risk and the processes leading to risk management are defined. Subsequently, risk is broken down according to theoretical publications. The world's largest risks from the perspective of business and insurance company employees are also specified. In the second chapter, the business and industrial insurance market is described. The main focus is on a thorough breakdown of insurance products in terms of property and liability insurance. The third part is devoted to underwriting insurance. The importance of the process and the person of the underwriter is mentioned and presented in a diagram. The fourth section is purely practical, where the whole process of the enquiry procedure is described on the basis of the specification of a hypothetical company. The whole underwriting process as well as the professional premium calculation is presented using this model example. Last but not least, the whole process is also evaluated.
