Abstract
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vývoj komplexní náhrady poškozeného nebo chybějícího knihařského plátna na knižních deskách. Nový způsob opravy by měl vhodně nahrazovat původní textilní materiál jak z hlediska povrchové struktury, tak i barevného odstínu. V práci je popsáno použití textilních materiálů v knižních vazbách, knihařské materiály a způsoby restaurování knižních vazeb. V experimentální části byl vytvořen obsáhlý katalog používaných knihařských pláten. Jednotlivé vzorky byly analyzovány z textilního hlediska, barevnosti a struktury povrchu. Byly vytvořeny barevné kalibrační škály. Z nich se odvodily vzorce pro výpočet dávkování pigmentů do pojiva náhrad. Na reálných knihařských plátnech byly odzkoušeny postupy tónování barevného pojiva i simulace povrchové struktury plátna. Získané výsledky jsou zhodnoceny v závěrečné části.
The thesis is focused on the development of a comprehensive recovery for damaged or missing canvas from the book covers. The new method of repairing suitably replaces the original textile material in both terms of the surface structure and the colour shades. The thesis describes the use of textile materials, textile bindings, bookbinding materials and methods of restoration of book bindings. The experimental part of the thesis contains comprehensive catalogue of the used bookbinding canvases. Each sample was analysed from the point of view of the textile, colour and texture. The colour calibration ranges were created and then from those ranges the dosage of pigment for the binder was calculated. The tinting process of the coloured binder and the simulation of surface structure of the canvas were tested on the real book canvas. The thesis in its final part contains the obtained results and their evaluation.
