Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá zmapováním tématu a charakteristiky možností sexuální asistence u lidí s postižením. Cílem této práce je zjistit, v jaké míře je sexuální asistence u osob s postižením využívána. Práce je koncipována jako teoretický úvod do problematiky osob s postižením, sexuality a sexuální asistence. V praktické části odborné práce jsou uvedeny čtyři rozhovory s prvními vyškolenými sexuálními asistentkami, několika klienty, kteří služeb sexuálních asistentek využívají, dále názory lidí s postižením na danou problematiku a jejich zkušenosti se sexualitou. Vzhledem k novému tématu ve společnosti byli osloveni i odborníci, kteří v empirické části práce vyjadřují svůj pohled na problematiku. V diplomové práci je také dopodrobna rozpracován vztah sexuality a popis této fyziologické potřeby včetně obtíží, které osoby s postižením na cestě za dosažením základní lidské potřeby mají. V diskusi uvádíme navrhovaná opatření k dalšímu postoupení problematiky ve společnosti.
The master thesis attempts to map the topic and possibilities of sexual assistance for people with a handicap. The aim of this paper is to discover how can people with a handicap make use of sexual assistance services and in what quantity are such services being used. The master thesis is composed as theoretical introduction to the problematic of people with a handicap, their sexuality and sexual assistance. In the practical part we can also find four interviews with the first educated sexual assistants in Czech Republic, and with a few clients who use the services of sexual assistants. In the practical part we can also find opinions on the thesis' topic from people with a handicap, and their experience with sexuality. Because of this new topic in society were also addressed experts who express their views on this problematic in the empiric part. In the master thesis is also described the relationship of sexuality and description of this physiological need, including the problems that people with handicap have with fulfilling this need. In the conclusion we introduce the suggested solutions for further development of the problematic in the society.
