Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možností financování rozšíření podnikání vybraného subjektu. Součástí práce je teoretická definice podnikatelského plánu a jeho tvorby. Dále je práce orientována na teoretické možnosti financování rozšíření podnikání, kde je popsána problematika úvěrování. Cílem práce je vytvořit takový podnikatelský záměr, který popisuje, o jaké konkrétní rozšíření se bude v podniku jednat, jaké celkové náklady a výnosy rozšíření přinese a jakou zvolit optimální cestu financování rozšíření podnikání, v závislosti na finančních možnostech subjektu.
This bachelor thesis deals with the possibility of financing the expansion of a selected subject. Part of the thesis is a theoretical definition of a business plan and his creation. Furthermore, the work is focused on the theoretical possibilities of financing the expansion of business, which describes the issue of lending. The aim of this thesis is to create the business plan, which describes specifications of expansion in the company, describes the total costs and revenues and shows how to choose the optimal way of financing the expansion of business, depending on the financial options of the company.
