Abstract
Závěrečná diplomová práce Řízení vybraného podnikového procesu analyzuje vybraný podnikový proces ve společnosti ZF Passive Safety Czech s.r.o. a následně poskytuje návrh optimalizace tohoto interního procesu. Teoretická část shrnuje teoretické znalosti z oblasti logistiky, řízení materiálového toku, zásobování, skladování a skladovacích systémů. V úvodu praktické části je uvedena základní charakteristika vybrané společnosti a představeny stěžejní podnikové procesy. Následně se závěrečná práce zabývá analýzou procesů v rámci podnikové logistiky. Z obdržených informací ohledně zjištěných nedostatků je vyvozen návrh řešení. V závěrečné části je poté uveden dopad a ekonomické zhodnocení navrhovaného řešení.
The diploma thesis named Management of the chosen corporate process analyses a chosen company process in the ZF Passive Safety Czech s.r.o. company and subsequently provides the suggestion for optimization of this internal process. The theoretical part summarizes theoretical knowledge about domains such as logistics, material flow management, supply, storage and storage systems. Opening of the practical part presents basic characteristics of the chosen company and introduces crucial company process. The thesis subsequently deals with the analysis of chosen company processes. Acquired information about detected deficiencies allows to provide recommended solution. Final part provides impact and economical evaluation of the recommended solution.
