dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Konrad Henlein a jeho čestným občanstvím ve městě Liberec. V práci je popsán život Konrad Henleina a jeho kariérní růst v předválečném období a během druhé světové války. Hlavním cílem práce bylo rekonstruovat kontroverzní debatu, která se vede od roku 2019 o otázce, zda by mělo dojít k odebrání, nebo ponechání čestného občanství Konrada Henleina ve městě Liberec. Bakalářská práce shrnula argumenty, které stojí pro a proti zachování jeho čestného občanství a pomocí získaných rozhovorů od hlavních představitelů, kteří v debatě figurují, byl vyvozen závěr a souhrn debaty a problematiky.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor thesis deals with Konrad Henlein and his honorary citizenship in Liberec. The thesis describes the life of Konrad Henlein and his career growth in the pre-war period and during the Second World War. The main aim of the thesis is to reconstruct the controversial debate that has been going on since 2019 on the question of whether Konrad Henlein's honorary citizenship in the city of Liberec should be withdrawn or retained. The bachelor thesis summarizes the arguments for and against the retention of his honorary citizenship and, on the basis of interviews obtained from the main figures involved in the debate and through an analysis of public documents and e-mails, a conclusion and summary of the debate and the issue is drawn.en
