Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá právě probíhající čtvrtou průmyslovou revolucí, konkrétnějejím vlivem na společnost ŠKODA AUTO a.s. Práce obsahuje pojmy, postupya technologie spjaté se čtvrtou průmyslovou revolucí. Práce vychází z českýcha evropských publikací, současně čerpá i ze zdrojů mimo Evropskou unii za účelemdiverzifikace vstupních informací. Obsaženo je několik analýz konceptu Průmyslu 4.0,dále práce uvádí konkrétní příklady současné aplikace, prezentuje určité interní strategiepro vývoj společnosti a následně cituje vyjádření členů představenstva a zaměstnancůspolečnosti. Detailněji se práce zaměřuje na oblast lidských zdrojů v závislosti na výrobě,logistice a vývoji ve společnosti. Z těchto informací je nastíněno, jak by mohl konceptPrůmysl 4.0 změnit strukturu pracovních pozic, jak by mohl ovlivnit členy společnostia společnost jako takovou. Na závěr je předloženo několik konkrétních návrhů naoptimalizaci fungování společnosti při aplikaci konceptu čtvrté průmyslové revoluce.
The thesis deals with the currently ongoing fourth industrial revolution, specifically itsinfluence on the company ŠKODA AUTO ltd. The thesis contains terms, methods andtechnologies connected with the fourth industrial revolution. The thesis is based on Czechand European publications, at the same time draws from sources outside the EuropeanUnion for diversification of entry data. Included is a few analyses of the concept ofIndustry 4.0, furthermore the thesis lists specific examples of current application, presentscertain internal strategies for development of the company and then it quotes statements ofthe board of directors and employees of the company. In detail the thesis focuses on thearea of human resources in connection with production, logistics and development in thecompany. From this information is outlined how the concept of Industry 4.0 could changethe structure of the job positions, how could it affect the members of the company and thecompany itself. In the conclusion is listed a few specific suggestions for optimization ofthe operation of the company during the application of the concept of fourth industrialrevolution.
