Abstract
Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je prozkoumat dopad pandemie COVID-19 a syndromu vyhoření u pracovníků v pomáhajících profesích. Práce se skládá z teoretické a empirické části. Teoretická část seznamuje se základními pojmy syndromu vyhoření, jeho příznaky, stádia a rizika jeho vzniku, vymezení pojmu pomáhající profese, problematikou stresu a jeho vlivu na duševní pohodu. Práce se také zabývá velmi aktuálním pojmem COVID-19 včetně jeho charakteristik. Cílem empirické části je identifikovat příčiny a průběh syndromu vyhoření u pomáhajících profesí během pandemie COVID-19 v náročné době, kdy jsou pomáhající profese i veřejnost stále ohroženy pandemií COVID-19 a opatřeními s ní spojených.Průzkum byl realizován kvantitativní metodou dotazníků, které byly distribuovány mezi profese, které lze označit jako pomáhající. Dále jsou v této práci uvedeny metodologické postupy, průběh průzkumu a jeho výsledky.Výsledky průzkumu ovlivnily i rozhovory s dvěma respondentkami, které s autorkou hovořily na téma syndromu vyhoření v době COVID-19.Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit příčiny a průběh syndromu vyhoření u pomáhajících profesí v průběhu pandemie COVID-19.
The main aim of this Bachelor thesis is to explore the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and burnout syndrome in the helping professions. The thesis consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts of burnout syndrome, its symptoms, stages and risks of its occurrence, the definition of the helping professions, the issue of stress and its impact on mental well-being. The thesis also deals with the very topical concept of COVID-19 including its characteristics. The aim of the empirical part is to identify the causes and course of burnout syndrome in helping professions during the COVID-19 pandemic at a challenging time when helping professions and the public are still threatened by the COVID-19 pandemic and the measures associated with it.The survey was carried out using a quantitative method of questionnaires distributed to professions that can be described as helping. In the following, the methodological procedures, the survey process and its results are presented.The results of the survey were also influenced by interviews with two respondents who spoke with the author on the topic of burnout syndrome during COVID-19.The aim of this thesis was to investigate the causes and course of burnout syndrome in the helping professions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
