dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá Průmyslem 4.0 a jeho následky na zaměstnanost v České republice a EU. Součástí práce je přiblížení konceptu Průmyslu 4.0, technologií, které firmy využívají a jsou součástí současné průmyslové revoluce. Zároveň se práce soustředí na český trh práce, jeho pravděpodobný budoucí stav a teoretické důsledky revoluce, v rámci kterých jsou představeny dvě tabulky, které znázorňují sedmnáct profesí s největším indexem ohrožení a patnáct profesí s indexem nejmenším. Další kapitoly se zabývají například vznikem nových pracovních míst, jejich mzdovým ohodnocením a dopady Průmyslu 4.0 na hospodářské sektory v České republice. Praktická část je věnovaná především zodpovězení otázek dotazníku, jež byl rozeslán vybraným zástupcům čtyř firem, které zavádějí Průmysl 4.0 do výroby. Následné otázky byly zanalyzovány a vedly ke zjištění, jak současně ovlivňuje průmyslová revoluce zaměstnance v dotazovaných společnostech a jaké pravděpodobné důsledky bude mít průmyslová revoluce do budoucnosti.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis deals with Industry 4.0 and its consequences on employment in the Czech Republic and the European Union. Part of the bachelor thesis focuses on the concept of Industry 4.0 and technologies companies use and that are part of this current industrial revolution. This thesis also concentrates on the Czech labour market, its presumed state in the future and theoretical consequences of the revolution, within which are introduced two tables representing seventeen professions with the greatest index of threat and fifteen professions with the smallest threat index. The following chapters deal, for example, with the creation of new jobs, their wage evaluation and the consequences of Industry 4.0 on the economic sectors in the Czech Republic. The practical part of this thesis focuses primarily on answering questions in a questionnaire, which had been sent to chosen representatives of four companies that implement Industry 4.0 into their production. The questions were analyzed and led to the establishment of how the industrial revolution currently influences employees in the companies questioned and of what presumed consequences it will have on the future.en
