Abstract
Bakalářská práce se v první řadě zaobírá metodikami projektového řízení. Věnuje se rozboru jejich typických charakteristik, jejich srovnání, identifikaci výhod a nevýhod a jejich následné aplikaci. Práce se dále zaměřuje na problematiku Internetu věcí (IoT), která byla vybrána jako aplikační oblast pro možné využití daných metodik při návrhu různých IoT řešení. V teoretické části práce jsou popisovány základní pojmy a obě oblasti jsou stručně představeny. Autor se snaží vnímat zmiňované problematiky z více úhlů pohledu, přidává zkušenosti z praxe a zamýšlí se například nad jejich reálnými rozdíly, důležitostí, hodnotou, nedostatky a adekvátnosti použití. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na souhrn nabytých poznatků, zhodnocení kladných a záporných stránek dvou nejpoužívanějších projektových standardů PRINCE2 a PMBOK a následný návrh vhodného řešení pro řízení IoT projektů, které vychází z komparativní analýzy zmiňovaných standardů a z vlastních zkušeností autora v projektovém řízení.
The bachelor thesis deals mainly with the topic of project management. It focuses on its analysis, typical characteristics, comparison of the individual methodologies, identification of advantages and disadvantages, and finally, on the subsequent application of these methodologies. The thesis also covers the Internet of Things as a topic that is being selected as an exemplary area for project management application in the design stage of a proposed IoT solution. In the theoretical section, both of the areas of knowledge are briefly introduced and their basic elements are described. The author attempts to perceive the issues from different points of view, adding personal experience gained during internship, challenging the understanding and arguing over their real differences, importance, value, deficiencies and the adequacy of use. The applicational section of the paper consists of the summary of acquired knowledge, the evaluation of both positive and negative aspects of the two most used project management standards PMBOK and PRINCE2 and subsequent offering of an eligible approach to managing IoT projects, based on the comparative analysis of previously mentioned standards and author's own experience in project management.
