Abstract
Cílem této diplomové práce je porovnat strukturní vlastnosti třech přízí, vyrobených různými technologiemi. Jednalo se o přízi jednoduchou, dopřádanou na klasickém prstencovém stroji, přízi dvojmo skanou seskánu na dvouzákrutovém skacím stroji a předeno-skanou přízi Sirospun, dopřádanou na prstencovém stroji nekonvenčním způsobem. U přízí byl proveden rozbor příčných řezů z hlediska počtu vláken, charakteristického příčného rozměru, tvaru průřezu a zaplnění. Pomocí analýzy podélných pohledů byla vyšetřena chlupatost příze a příčné rozměry.
The aim of this diploma work is to compare structural properties of three yarns. Three different spinning systems were used to create these yarns. There is the single yarn, finished by the classical ring-spinning mashine, the two-ply yarn finished by the two-for-one mashine, and the spin-twisted yarn called SiroSpun. The SiroSpun was also finished by the classical ring-spinning mashine, but the unconventional method was used. The yarn's cross-sections were analysed in the terms of: the fiber number, characteristic of the cross-section proportion, the shape of the cross-section and its packing density. The yarn's hairiness was examined by the analysis of longitudinal view.
