Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřila na význam reflexivity v sociální práci s rodinami s dětmi s PAS. Jejím cílem bylo popsat význam reflexivity v sociální práci s rodinami a zjistit, jak ji vnímají samotní sociální pracovníci.
V rámci zpracování teoretické části byly na základě důkladné rešerše odborné literatury vymezeny hlavní pojmy, které zpřesňují a vymezují problematiku. Byly vysvětleny pojmy sociální služby, sociální pracovník, reflexe a reflexivita, supervize a popsány poruchy autistického spektra a jejich kategorizace. Představena byla problematika péče o děti s PAS v České republice včetně možnosti intervence v sociálních službách a ukázka jedné kazuistiky.
Praktická část byla rozdělena na metodologickou část a prezentaci dat. Metodologie praktické části byla založena na kvalitativní strategii technikou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a jedné fokus group nestrukturovaného rozhovoru se sociálními pracovnicemi neziskové organizace poskytující služby rodinám s dětmi s PAS. Na základě dat bylo zjištěno, jak respondentky vnímají reflexivitu ve své práci, jaký jí dávají v souvislosti se svojí profesí význam a jakým způsobem organizace poskytuje sociálním pracovníkům podmínky k reflexivní praxi.
The bachelor thesis focused on the importance of reflexivity in social work with families with children with PAS. Its aim was to describe the importance of reflexivity in social work with families and to find out how social workers themselves perceive it. The theoretical part of the study was based on a thorough literature search to define the main concepts that refine and define the issue. The concepts of social services were explained, including the definition of the term social worker, reflection and reflexivity, supervision, description and categorization of autism spectrum disorders, including the issue of care for children with PAS in the Czech Republic and the possibilities of intervention in social services, including one case study. The practical part was divided into a methodological part and data presentation. The methodology of the practical part was based on a qualitative strategy using a semi-structured interview technique and one focus group unstructured interview with social workers of a non-profit organization providing services to families with children with PAS. The data were used to determine how social workers perceive reflexivity in their work, what importance they give to it in the context of their profession, and how the organization provides social workers with conditions for reflective practice.
