Abstract
Bakalářská práce se snaží přiblížit problematiku útěkovosti dětí, které jsou umístěny ve školském zařízení, jež je určené pro výkon ústavní a ochranné výchovy. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První dvě kapitoly jsou věnovány legislativnímu rámci, který vyobrazuje výkon ústavní a ochranné výchovy, dále se věnuje zařízením, která jsou určená pro výkon ústavní a ochranné výchovy a bližší specifikaci dětského domova se školou, včetně jeho cílové skupiny. Nadále se kapitoly formovaly k problematice útěků, jejich definici, příčinám a následným opatřením. Kapitoly byly zpracovány na základě prostudované odborné literatury a na základě toho byla vytvořena třetí kapitola, jejímž cílem byla deskripce problematiky útěků dětí z Dětského domova se školou Hamr na Jezeře za uvedené období od roku 2017 do roku 2019. Výsledků bylo dosaženo zejména studiem spisové dokumentace, kdy nám zjištěné skutečnosti poskytují dostatečný rozhled do problematiky útěkovosti dětí.
The bachelor's thesis focuses on runaway children who are educated at schools designated for institutional and protective education. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first two chapters explore the legislative framework of institutional and protective education and describe facilities designated for institutional and protective education, including specification of children's homes with schools and their target group. This section of the thesis is based on specialist literature and defines the concept of running away from a childcare institution, including the causes and follow-up measures. The third chapter aims to describe cases of children who ran away from Hamr na Jezeře, a children's home with a school, between 2017 and 2019. The final chapter is based on institutional documents and records which provide useful insight into the phenomenon of runaway children.
