dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním obsahu územních plánů města Liberec 2. poloviny 20. století s aktuálním stavem a s platným územním plánem metodami GIS. Teoretická část řeší legislativu územního plánování na území České republiky od poloviny 20. století a územní plány města Liberec od poloviny 20. století do současnosti. Praktická část ukazuje řešení témat doprava, zeleň, intravilán různými autory územních plánů. Staré územní plány jsou georeferencovány, digitalizovány, vybraná témata vektorizována a jejich řešení analyzována. V závěru je diskutován význam starých územních plánů pro současné územní plánování. Výstupem práce jsou statické a webové interaktivní mapy vytvořené za účelem prezentace výsledků a zpřístupnění starých územních plánů města Liberec z let 1955 a 1969 odborné i laické veřejnosti.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis deals with comparison between spatial plan content of the Liberec city of the second half of the 20. century and current status and a valid spatial plan using GIS methods. The theoretical part deals with the legislation of spatial planning in the Czech Republic from the half of the 20. century and spatial plans of the Liberec from the half of the 20. century to the present. The practical part shows the solution by various authors of spatial plans of the topics of transport, urban green and urban areas. Old spatial plans were georeferenced, digitalized, chosen topics were vectorized, and thein solution was analyzed. In conclusion was discussed the importace of old spatial plans for current spatial planning. The result of this bachelor thesis are maps (static and web interactive) created in order to present the results and make the old spatial plans of the Liberec city from 1955 and 1969 accessible to the professional and unprofessional public.en
