Abstract
Diplomová práce s názvem Inspirace specifickými didaktickými postupy v alternativním školství podává přehled o současných alternativních školách. Teoretická část práce se nejprve zabývá historickým pozadím vzniku alternativních pedagogických směrů obecně, poté se zaměřuje již na konkrétní směry, přičemž hlavní pozornost je věnována Montessori, Waldorfské a Daltonské pedagogice. Je zde vysvětlen vznik a historie jednotlivých alternativních škol. Dále podává stručný obraz o autorech těchto alternativních pedagogických směrů, Marii Montessori, Rudolfa Steinera, Heleny Parkhurst a o vývoji jejich metod a vymezuje principy, metody a formy vzdělávání používané v těchto pedagogických směrech. V závěru teoretické části je popsána charakteristika tradiční školy.Praktická část vychází z kvalitativní obsahové analýzy odborných publikací a školní dokumentace, pozorování a rozhovorů s učiteli alternativních škol. Cílem diplomové práce je poskytnout ucelený přehled existujících alternativních metod výuky a návrh zařazení přípustných prvků používaných v alternativních školách do podmínek české základní školy.
The thesis entitled Inspiration by specific didactic methods in alternative education provides an overview of current alternative schools.The theoretical part first discusses the historical background to the emergence of alternative approaches to education in general; laterit focuses on particular approaches, where the main emphasis is on the Montessori, Waldorf and Dalton educational systems. Here, the creation and history of individual alternative education schools are explained.Further, a brief overview is given of the creators of these alternative approaches to teaching - Maria Montessori, Rudolf Steiner and Helen Parkhurst - and of the development of their methods, defining the principles, methods and forms of education used in these alternative approaches. The final section of the theoretical part describes the characteristics of a traditional school. The practical part is based on the qualitative analysis of the content of professional publications, school documentation, observations and interviews with teachers at alternative schools. The thesis aims to provide a comprehensive overview of existingalternative methods of teaching and a suggestion for the inclusion of acceptable elements of alternative schools under the conditions of the Czech elementary school system.
