Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hydrobiologickým průzkumem malých vodních ploch zaměřeným na sledování druhového zastoupení a relativní početností planktonu a fytobentosu ve čtyřech tůních nacházejících se ve Žlunickém polesí během jarního a podzimního odběru v roce 2022. Práce obsahuje nejen popis a členění planktonu, ale také postup jeho odběru a měření fyzikálně-chemických vlastností vody jednotlivých vodních ploch. Cílem práce je také porovnat rozdíly bentických a planktonních druhů v jarním a podzimním období, a to v jednotlivých tůních.
This bachelor's thesis deals with the hydrobiological survey of small water bodies focused on monitoring the species representation and relative abundance of plankton and phytobenthos in four ponds located in Žlunické polesí during spring and autumn sampling in 2022. The thesis contains not only the description and classification of plankton, but also the progress of its collection and measurement of physical and chemical properties of water in individual water bodies. The aim of the work is also to compare the differences of benthic and planktonic species in spring and autumn in individual pools.
