Abstract
Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu spolupráce mezi školními poradenskými pracovníky a odborníky z ostatních institucí, zaměřených na řešení výchovné problematiky žáků během jejich školní docházky. Cílem práce je zmapovat aktuální výskyt a možnosti řešení výchovných problémů na základních školách a navrhnout opatření, která by vedla k optimalizaci tohoto procesu. V teoretické části práce jsou charakterizovány základní determinanty vzniku výchovných problémů a nejčastější typy výchovných problémů žáků na základních školách. Dále jsou definovány kompetence jednotlivých odborníků, působících v rámci základních škol i v rámci dalších institucí, které se na řešení výchovné problematiky podílejí. Empirická část je založena na kvalitativní metodě zkoumání za použití polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s odborníky. Výzkumný vzorek byl volen tak, aby pokryl celé spektrum odborných pracovišť. Cílem výzkumu je ověřit možnosti mezioborové spolupráce a navrhnout kroky k jejímu zefektivnění. Závěrečná část je věnována souhrnu poznatků získaných studiem odborné literatury a výzkumným šetřením.
The thesis deals with the subject of cooperation between school advisors and specialists from other institutions focused on solutions to pupils ´s educational issues faced during their school attendance. The work is aimed at mapping the existing occurence of and potential solutions to educational problems at elementary schools and suggesting measures leading to the process optimization. The theoretical part hereof defines fundamental determinants triggering educational problems and the most frequent problems elementary school pupils feature. The part also defines competencies of individual specialists acting both within elementary schools and other institutions participating in solutions to educational issues. The empirical part is based on quantitave research methods using semi-structured interviews with specialists. The research sample was selected to cover the whole spectrum of specialized workplaces. The research wants to verify possibilities of interdisciplinary cooperation and suggest steps for its improvement. The final part summarizes the knowledge obtained by studying professional literature and conducting the research.
