Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení finanční výkonnosti podniku. Hodnocen byl liberecký podnik První podještědská stavební spol. s r.o. za pomocí finanční analýzy. Cílem bakalářské práce je provést vyhodnocení finanční výkonnosti podniku a poté předložit návrhy na případné zlepšení finančního zdraví podniku. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vymezena všechna teoretická východiska týkající se hodnocení finanční výkonnosti podniku. V praktické části je detailněji popsán vybraný podnik. Dále jsou spočítány všechny ukazatele finanční analýzy, ty jsou následně interpretovány. Na závěr praktické části jsou předloženy návrhy a doporučení na zlepšení finančního zdraví podniku.
This thesis deals with evaluating of the financial performance of a company. Using financial analysis is evaluated the enterprise První podještědská stavební spol. s r.o. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the financial performance of the enterprise and then to present proposals for possible improvement of the financial health of the enterprise. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines all the theoretical background related to the evaluation of the financial performance of the company. In the practical part the selected enterprise is described in detail. In the next section all the indicators of financial analysis are calculated and then interpreted. At the end of the practical part, suggestions and recommendations for improving the financial health of the enterprise are presented.
