Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rizika a risk managementu. Autor se zaměřuje na pojistnou optimalizaci vozového parku vybraného podnikatelského subjektu. Nejprve jsou v práci popsána rizika ohrožující podnik. Dále se teoretická část zabývá životním a neživotním pojištění a následně konkrétním pojištěním motorových vozidel, jemuž se věnuje značná porce praktické části, ta se nejprve zaobírá charakteristikou a současnou pojistnou ochranou vybraného podniku VO Ventura s.r.o., a poté provedenou analýzou zaměřující se na preferovaná kritéria majitelů a autora při konečném výběru vhodné pojistné ochrany. V této části je také vypracován hodnotící model, jež vychází z dříve získaných preferencí. V poslední částí této bakalářské práce se objevují jednotlivé nabídky pojišťoven na pojistnou ochranu vozového parku. Nakonec jsou všechny nabízené produkty porovnány a vyhodnoceny dle hodnotícího modelu. Výsledná hodnocení jsou ze dvou různých pohledů, prvním je pohled majitelů podniku a druhý samotného autora. Oba výsledky jsou porovnány mezi sebou a je vyhodnocen nejoptimálnější nabízený pojistný produkt pro vybraný subjekt.
Bachelor thesis deals with risk and risk management. The author focuses on optimization of insurance protection of the car park of the selected subject. At first place there are described the risks of the business. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with life and non-life insurance, folowed by specific vehicle insurance, which is a cosiderable portion of the practical part, which first deals with the characteristic and current insurance protection of the selected company VO Ventura s.r.o., and then with an analysis focusing on the preferred criteria of the owners and of the author in the final selection of the appropriate insurance protection. In this part there is an evaluation model based on previously acquired preferences. In the last part of this bachelor thesis there are individual offers of insurance companies for insurance fleet protection. Finally, all of the offered products are compared and evaluated according to the evaluation model. The resulting reviews are from two different perspective, the first one is the look of the business owners and the other is from author himself. Both results are compared witch each other and the most optimal insurance product for the selected entity is chosen.
