dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá významem práce speciálního pedagoga v pedagogickém sboru na běžných základních školách na Liberecku. Zabývá se pracovní náplní speciálního pedagoga a jeho působením v rámci školy a školských poradenských zařízení. První část práce je věnována historickému vývoji speciální pedagogiky a postupné potřebě vzniku profese speciálního pedagoga. V teoretické části dále najdeme legislativní zakotvení pozice speciálního pedagoga v systému českého školství a možnosti jeho profesní přípravy Součástí práce jsou i etické aspekty práce speciálního pedagoga, které vychází z etických kodexů pomáhajících profesí a zabývají se zejména řešením stresových a namáhavých situací a možnostem jejich zvládání. Druhá část práce zkoumá působení a význam školního speciálního pedagoga z různých úhlů, a to pohledem samotných školních speciálních pedagogů, ředitelů škol a učitelů. Metodou bylo dotazníková šetření, polostrukturované rozhovory a studium písemných pramenů. Zjištěná data jsou komentována v závěrečné části práce, která poukazuje na klady a problémy současného systému práce školního speciálního pedagoga.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The Bachelor Thesis deals with the importance of the work of a special educator in the pedagogical staff of ordinary primary schools in the Liberec region. It deals with the job description of the special educator and his/her work within the school and school counselling centres. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the historical development of special education and the gradual need for the emergence of the profession of special educator. In the theoretical part, we can also find the legislative anchoring of the position of the special educator in the Czech education system and the possibilities of his/her professional training. The ethical aspects of the work of the special educator are also part of the thesis, which are based on the ethical codes of the helping professions and deal in particular with dealing with stressful and strenuous situations and the possibilities of coping with them. The second part of the thesis examines the work and importance of the school special educator from three different perspectives, namely the perspectives of school special educators and school principals themselves. The methods used were questionnaire surveys, semi-structured interviews and the study of written sources. The findings are commented upon in the final section of the thesis, which highlights the pros and cons of the current system of school special educator work.	en
