dc.description.abstractThe diploma thesis deals with the problems of children bullying and theirs occurrence at primary and special primary schools. This dissertation is divided into the theoretical and the praktical part. The theoretical part deals with the fundamental terms, the historical basis of children bullying, its ways and the development stages. It describes particular participant of the chicanery and tries to solve problematic angles of the effective prevention. It deals with the way of work with the class, aggressor and victim. A great deal of the thesis is devoted to diagnostics and possibility of reparation. The theory deals with children bullying in terms of law. There are results of survey of children bullying frequency at primary and special primary schools in the practical part.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou šikany a jejím výskytem na základních a speciálních základních školách. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmoslovím, historickými východisky šikany, jejími projevy, vývojovými stadii. Přibližuje jednotlivé aktéry šikany a řeší problematické stránky efektivní prevence, zabývá se, jak pracovat se třídou, agresorem i obětí. Velká část je věnována diagnostice, která řeší možnosti nápravy. Teorie se zabývá i šikanou z hlediska práva. V praktické části byl proveden výzkum četnosti výskytu šikany na základních a speciálních základních školách.cs
