Abstract
Předmětem této diplomové práce je navržení postupu, který prokáže vliv různých typů vpichovacích jehel a hloubky vpichu na tvorbu vazných bodů v netkané textilii s využitím obrazové analýzy. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a experimentální část. V teoretické části je vytvořena literární rešerše na téma přípravy vlákenných surovin, mykání, vpichování a obrazové analýzy. V experimentální části je popsána výroba vzorků vpichované netkané textilie, u kterých je následně vyhodnocena jejich plošná hmotnost a tloušťka. Dále je v experimentální části popsán navržený postup obrazové analýzy, který hodnotí velikost plošného zakrytí a hloubku vazných bodů v netkané textilii. Na konci diplomové práce je zformulován závěr a doporučení týkající se dané problematiky.
The subject of this diploma thesis is to propose a procedure that will demonstrate the effect of different types of felting needles and the depth of needle penetration on the formation of binding points in nonwoven fabric using image analysis. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and an experimental part. In the theoretical part a literature search on fiber raw material preparation, roller carding, needlepunching and image analysis is developed. In the experimental part, the production of needlepunched nonwoven fabric samples is described, for which their basis weight and thickness are subsequently evaluated. Furthermore, the experimental part describes the proposed image analysis procedure that evaluates the area covering and the depth of binding points in the nonwoven fabric. At the end of the diploma thesis, a conclusion and recommendations regarding the given issue were formulated.
