Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a digitální transformaci procesů spojených s vykládáním kamionů v rámci logistických operací ve společnosti Webasto Roof & Components Czech Republic s.r.o. Cílem práce je zhodnotit přínosy implementace systému řízení dopravy Ringil a jeho vliv na efektivitu logistických procesů. Práce podrobně popisuje současný stav procesu, identifikuje problémy a navrhuje řešení pomocí moderních digitálních nástrojů. Součástí práce je také finanční vyhodnocení projektu, které zahrnuje analýzu nákladů a přínosů spojených s implementací TMS, včetně výpočtu návratnosti investice. Výsledky ukazují, že digitalizace procesu vede k výraznému snížení personálních nákladů a zlepšení efektivity, čímž přináší dlouhodobé ekonomické výhody pro společnost. Práce rovněž navrhuje možné budoucí vylepšení systému a jejich potenciální dopad na další zefektivnění logistických operací.
This thesis focuses on the analysis and digital transformation of processes related to truck unloading within logistics operations at Webasto Roof & Components Czech Republic s.r.o. The thesis aims to evaluate the benefits of implementing the Ringil Transport Management System and its impact on the efficiency of logistics processes. The thesis provides a detailed description of the current state of the process, identifies problems, and proposes solutions using modern digital tools. The work also includes a financial evaluation of the project, which involves an analysis of the costs and benefits associated with the implementation of the TMS, including the calculation of return on investment. The results show that the digitalization of the process leads to a significant reduction in personnel costs and an improvement in efficiency, thereby bringing long-term economic benefits to the company. The thesis also suggests possible future system enhancements and their potential impact on further streamlining logistics operations.
