Abstract
Diplomová práce vysvětluje význam, vznik a vývoj bankopojištění v ČR i ve světě. Dále se také zabývá právní úpravou bankopojištění v ČR. Bankopojištění se stalo fenoménem dnešní doby, přestože je známé už řadu let. Dochází k propojování nabídky bankovních a pojišťovacích produktů, které jsou nabízeny pod jednou střechou. To s sebou přináší řadu výhod, ale i nevýhod pro banky, pojišťovny, ale i samotné klienty. Výrazně vzrostl zájem o bankopojištění, proto bylo potřeba vybrat tři nejvýznamnější a nejúspěšnější bankopojišťovny v ČR, které byly důkladně zkoumány. V závěrečné kapitole byla rozebrána situace konkrétního živnostníka a rizika, která ho ohrožují. V souladu s tím byly prozkoumány od všech vybraných bankopojišťoven tři bankopojistné produkty: pojištění schopnosti splácet spotřebitelský úvěr, investiční životní pojištění a cestovní pojištění k platebním kartám. Byly doporučeny nejvhodnější bankopojistné produkty pro konkrétního živnostníka.
This diploma thesis explains the meaning, the origin and the development of a bancassurance in the Czech Republic and abroad. Furthermore, it deals with legislation of the bancassurance in the Czech Republic. The bancassurance has become a phenomenon of our time, although it is well-known for many years. A supply of the banking and insurance products are joined together and offered under one roof. This brings many advantages, but also disadvantages for banks, insurance companies and the clients themselves. Interest in the bancassurance significantly increased and therefore it was necessary to select three the most important and the most successful bancassurance companies in the Czech Republic, which have been analyzed thoroughly. In the final chapter, there was examined a specific situation of the tradesman and risks which threatened him. According with this, three bancassurance products were analyzed from all selected the Bancassurance companies: Consumer loan repayment insurance, Investment life insurance and Travel insurance for payment cards. There is also recommendation of the best bancassurance products for the specific tradesman.
