dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na teoretické popsání problematiky operačního a procesního řízení.Na teoretické popsání procesů, jenž v praxi charakterizují přechod od operačního k procesnímu řízení u organizace České dráhy, a.s v letech 2003 - 2007. Těmito procesy jsou restrukturalizace,automatizace, systémové řízení jakosti dle norem ISO, strategie štíhlosti a reengineering informačních systému. Dále jsou uvedeny teoreticky možné dopady v souvislosti s realizací těchto procesů na řízení lidských zdrojů. V praktické části jsou popsány konkrétní podoby procesů restrukturalizace, automatizace, strategie štíhlosti, systémového rízení jakosti dle norem ISO, reengineeringu informačních systémů u organizace České dráhy, a.s v období let 2003 - 2007, skutečné dopady realizace těchto procesů na řízení lidských zdrojů u Českých drah, a.s a je uveden přístup organizace České dráhy, a.s k řešení těchto dopadů. Je provedena kritika autora k procesum restrukturalizace, automatizace, strategie štíhlosti, systémové rízení jakosti dle norem ISO, reengineeringu informačních systémů u organizace Ceské dráhy, a.s a kritika autora k metodice rešení dopadu na řízení lidských zdrojů u organizace České dráhy, a.s.cs
dc.description.abstractBy means of the thesis there is focused on theoretical description of problems of operational control and process control. The theoretical description is also focused on processes which in practice characterize a shift from the operational control to the process control of the company Czech Railways plc. within 2003 - 2007 such as restructuralization, automation, system control of a quality according to ISO certification, lean strategy and reengeneering of information systems and also possible impacts of realization of these processes on human resource management. In practical part of the thesis there is described a real form of the restructuralization, the automation, the system control of the quality according to ISO certification, the lean strategy and the reengeneering of information systems of Czech Railways plc. within 2003 - 2007. There are described the real impacts of these processes on the human resource management of Czech Railways plc. There is mentioned an attitude of the company to the impacts. There is comment by author on the above mentioned processes and on the attitude of the company to the impacts of the processes on the human resource management.en
