Abstract
Bakalářská práce se věnuje porovnání agilních a tradičních vývojových metod. Dále se zaměří na agilní vývojové metody SAFe a LeSS. V teoretické části této práce jsou popsány základní principy agilních a tradičních vývojových metod, jejich příklady a výčet výhod a nevýhod.
Praktická část bakalářské práce začíná vytvořením byznys modelu a vybráním té nejvhodnější vývojové metody. Dále se přesune na popis aktuálního stavu vývoje, jeho kladů a záporů. Na základě těchto zjištění je následně vyhotoven nový model, který je obohacen o návrh nových funkcí do mobilní aplikace.
Obecně se tedy jedná o práci, která se věnuje teoretickému rozboru různých způsobů vývoje a jejich praktickému využití. Práce může být vhodná pro všechny, kteří se zajímají o vývoj software a hledají vhodné řešení pro svou organizaci.
The bachelor thesis focuses on the comparison of agile and traditional development methods. It will also focus on agile development process SAFe and LeSS. In the theoretical part of this thesis, the basic principles of agile and traditional development methods, their examples and a list of advantages and disadvantages are described. The practical part of this bachelor thesis starts by creating a business model and selecting the most appropriate development method. It then moves on to describe the current state of development, its pros and cons. Based on these findings, a new model is then made, which is enriched with the design of new features for the mobile application. In general, therefore, this is a theoretical work that focuses on the analysis of different development methods and their practical application. The work may be suitable for all those who are interested in software development and looking for a suitable solution for their organization.
