dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vyhodnocení investice a její následný dopad na finanční výkonnost podniku. Teoretická část se nejprve zabývá pojmem investice a jejími procesy, dále možnostmi financování investic a investičních činností, ukazateli využívanými k hodnocení efektivnosti investice a měřítky finanční výkonnosti podniku. Praktická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku vybraného podniku a jeho zamýšlené investice. Zamýšlená investice je následně propočítána a vyhodnocena pomocí vybraných ukazatelů. Cílem diplomové práce je zjištění finanční výkonnosti podniku a vyhodnocení efektivnosti zvolené investice. V závěrečné části práce je vytvořena SWOT analýza podniku a investice, následuje celkové hodnocení získaných výsledků a možné návrhy podniku.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the investment and its impact on the financial performance of the company. The theoretical part first is focused on the concept of investment and its processes, further of possibilities of financing investments and investment activities, indicators used to evaluate effectiveness of investment and scales financial performance of company. The practical part is focused on the characteristic of the chosen company and its intended investment. Intended investment is subsequently calculated and evaluated using selected indicators. The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine the financial performance of the company and to evaluate effectiveness of the planned investment. In the final part of the diploma thesis is SWOT analysis of the company and the investment, flowed by and overall evaluation of the obtained results and possible proposal for the company.	en
