Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá bavlněnými vlákny a jejich hydrofobním charakterem. V práci je popsáno jejich klasické zpracování, jako např. barvení, bělení, mercerace atd. V experimentální práci je zjišťována odolnost hydrofobních vrstev bavlny vůči praní. Zároveň je testována i odolnost standardně upravených bavlněných tkanin. Na základě komfortních testů, jako je prodyšnost, paropropustnost a omak a odolnosti v praní bylo navrženo vhodné využití těchto nepředupravených tkanin. Na závěr byly výsledky práce diskutovány z ekologického a komerčního hlediska.
The diploma thesis deals with cotton fibres and their hydrophobic character. The work describes their classical processing, such as dyeing, bleaching, mercerization etc. In the experimental work, the resistence of hydrophobic layers of cotton to washing is detected. At the same time, the resistance of standard cotton fabrics is tested. Based on comfort tests such as breathability, vapor permeability and touch and resistence to washing, the appropriate use of these not pre-treatment fabric has been proposed. Finally, the results of the work were discussed from an ecological and comercial point of view.
