Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou mezigeneračních komunikačních bariér v rodině. Cílem práce je vymezit faktory, které ovlivňují komunikaci v rodině, popsat komunikační bariéry, které se mohou vyskytovat mezi prarodiči, rodiči a dětmi a nalézt možná řešení těchto problémů. První část práce vymezuje základní pojmy z oblasti komunikace a rodiny. Druhá část uvádí faktory ovlivňující rodinnou komunikaci. Třetí část práce popisuje komunikační bariéry a specifikuje ty, které se mohou v rodině vyskytnout a mají mezigenerační charakter. Uvádí jejich možné příčiny a názorné příklady. Poslední část práce uvádí možnosti, jak řešit a lépe zvládat mezigenerační komunikační bariéry.
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of intergenerational communication barriers in families. The aim is to define the factors that affect communication in families, describe the communication barriers that may exist between grandparents, parents and children and find the possible solutions to these problems. The first part defines the basic concepts of communication and family. The second part outlines the factors influencing family communication. The third part describes the communication barriers and specifies those which may occur in the family and have an intergenerational character. There are also outlined the causes of communication barriers and examples. The last chapter lists options of solutions for intergenerational communication barriers which can help to manage these problems.
